An expert in mid-market M&A, Michael has an impressive track record in leading strategic investments and M&A projects, especially cross-border transactions involving Israeli and European, American and Asian parties.

Over an extensive career, Michael has held senior management positions in business consulting including head of Deloitte Consulting in Israel and senior positions in the Ministry of Finance. Michael served on boards of companies in the real estate development, infrastructure, capital markets, manpower, high-tech and IT, pharmaceuticals, plastics and packaging, services and publishing sectors.

An Israel national, Michael has a MA and BA in Business and Economics and speaks English and Hebrew.
